Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment reveals The Lord of the Rings Online: Rise of Isengard, a new expansion to its free-to-play massively multiplayer online role-playing game developed by Turbine and set in J.R.R. Tolkien's fantasy world of Middle-earth.
Rise of Isengard expands LotRO by adding a new set of quests, access to the new Isengard region, and a new story that revolves around the Grey Company and an epic battle against the forces of Wizard Saruman south of Dunland.
Other new features include a level cap of 70, new traits, virtues, skills and class quests. Monster play also gets an upgrade, allowing all players to experience the unique play mode once reserved for subscribers only. Monster Play also gets new skills, advancements, and a brand new region to play in.
