Yars' Revenge remake coming to modern consoles in 2011

James: Man, I love Yars Revenge... though this trailer doesn't seem to indicate the update will tread closely to the original.

Dave: I bet the original game designers had an anime character in mind when they made Yars as a splotch of light blue pixels back in the day.

AJ: Wow. I know microtransactions were a booming model, but damn, that's quite a bit of scratch.

Will: Zynga has to be rolling in it right about now.

Dave: This is good to hear. Reports coming from Bizarre that the developer has "multiple suitors."

Jason: I hope one buys 'em. It would be nice to see Bizarre survive (not to mention more people keep jobs in this horrible economic climate).
